{"id":1873,"date":"2026-05-13T08:25:31","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T08:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algaefood.eu\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=1873"},"modified":"2026-05-13T09:34:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T09:34:30","slug":"bubble-tea-herstellen-mit-schuelerinnen-der-dalumskolen-in-odense","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/algaefood.eu\/da\/event\/bubble-tea-herstellen-mit-schuelerinnen-der-dalumskolen-in-odense\/","title":{"rendered":"Bubble Tea af alger med elever fra Dalumskolen i Odense"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En vigtig del af AlgaeFood-projektet handler om at udvikle og teste undervisningsmateriale om tang og alger.<\/p>\n<p>I l\u00f8bet af 2025 har biologer fra Fjord&amp;B\u00e6lt skabt en r\u00e6kke sjove og l\u00e6rerige aktiviteter, som kan tilpasses forskellige klassetrin og fag.<\/p>\n<p>D. 28. januar blev nogle af aktiviteterne testet af elever fra Dalumskolen i Odense \u2013 og det blev en stor succes!<\/p>\n<p>Eleverne fik indblik i, hvordan tang allerede bruges i f\u00f8devareindustrien, bl.a. som fortyknings- og stabiliseringsmidler.
