Kan fiskeforhandlere f\u00e5 smag for tang?<\/p>\n

Vi introducerede dem for tangens mangfoldige og smagsfulde verden og tog dem med p\u00e5 en lille tang-safari i Thybor\u00f8n. Her fandt vi blandt andet masser af fingertang (Laminaria digitata), som vi tog med tilbage til skolen og brugte som ingrediens i et l\u00e6kkert m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n

Vi introducerede dem til den mangfoldige og smagfulde verden af tang og tog dem med p\u00e5 en lille tang-safari i Thybor\u00f8n. Der opdagede vi blandt andet masser af kombu\/kelp (Laminaria digitata), som vi tog med tilbage til skolen og brugte som ingrediens til et l\u00e6kkert m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n

Eleverne fik lov til at eksperimentere med b\u00e5de frisk og t\u00f8rret tang. Det var fantastisk at se, hvor hurtigt de tog tang til sig \u2013 smagen, strukturen og farverne blev brugt p\u00e5 kreative m\u00e5der, og deres entusiasme var til at tage og f\u00f8le p\u00e5!<\/p>\n

Vi i AlgaeFood h\u00e5ber, at tang en dag kan blive en fast del af sortimentet hos landets fiskehandlere. For n\u00e5r de kommende fagfolk f\u00f8rst f\u00e5r smag for det, g\u00e5r smag og b\u00e6redygtighed h\u00e5nd i h\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n
