Det st\u00e6rke budskab om, at \u201evi har brug for en samfundsindsats for Arktis\u201c, understreger det presserende behov for at udvikle nye, b\u00e6redygtige f\u00f8devarel\u00f8sninger. I denne sammenh\u00e6ng bidrager AlgaeFood ved at fremme innovative, oceanbaserede f\u00f8devarer \u2013 som en del af den voksende sektor for \u201ebl\u00e5 f\u00f8devarer\u201c (Blue Food).<br \/>\nDette underst\u00f8tter direkte erkendelsen af, at f\u00f8devaresikkerhed ogs\u00e5 er lig med sikkerhed, og er i overensstemmelse med den globale indsats for at \u00f8ge andelen af f\u00f8devarer fra havet. Da Arktis opvarmes i et accelereret tempo, og f\u00f8devareproduktionen i stigende grad flyttes nordp\u00e5, vil b\u00e6redygtige marine ressourcer spille en afg\u00f8rende rolle.<br \/>\nProjekter som AlgaeFood viser, hvordan forskning, innovation og tv\u00e6rsektorielt samarbejde kan bidrage til at udnytte dette potentiale \u2013 og samtidig sikre, at skr\u00f8belige \u00f8kosystemer
