Wir haben diese Gelegenheit genutzt, um die Vielfalt und das Potenzial von Algen zu pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ein H\u00f6hepunkt des Events war der Besuch von Werner Schwarz,\u00a0Minister f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, l\u00e4ndliche R\u00e4ume, Europa und Verbraucherschutz, der ebenfalls gro\u00dfes Interesse an unseren Algenprodukten zeigte.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung f\u00fchrten wir au\u00dferdem Videointerviews durch, bei denen wir mehr \u00fcber die pers\u00f6nlichen Ansichten und das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Algen als Lebensmittel erfahren wollten.<\/p>\n<p>Eine kurze Reportage vom NDR Schleswig-Holstein Magazin, die auf dem Event gedreht wurde, vermittelt einen Eindruck vom Fest und machte das Thema einem breiten Publikum zug\u00e4nglich.
