Juni 2025. Algen waren das wiederkehrende Thema auf dem Markt, der einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften in D\u00e4nemark ist. Nicht weniger als 7 Lebensmittelhersteller stellten verschiedene Algenprodukte vor.<\/p>\n<p>Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis bot sich den G\u00e4sten, als der renommierte Koch Daniel Guldmann, der die d\u00e4nische kulinarische Nationalmannschaft trainiert, zusammen mit dem Restaurant &#8222;Vi To&#8220; aus Svendborg, Skar\u00f8 Eis und Havsmag von Langeland \ud83e\udd29 mit Algen kulinarische Wunderwerke kreierte.<\/p>\n<p>Am Kai wurden lange Tische aufgestellt und vier Gerichte mit nordischem Seetang zum Mittagessen serviert.<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf31\ud83d\udc4c<\/p>\n<p>\u2b50\ufe0f MEN\u00dc \u2b50\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Seelachsfilet in Seetangpesto auf knuspriger Basis mit Meerrettichbutter und Rote-Bete-Creme<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Eingelegter gegrillter Spargel mit pochiertem Ei, ger\u00e4ucherter Seetang-Hollandaise und Seetangsalat<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Seeteufel mit in Butter eingelegtem Pilz und Seetangbr\u00fche auf Seetangf\u00e4den, Haseln\u00fcssen und Salzkraut. Serviert mit gegrilltem Salat mit Meeres-Senf-Vinaigrette<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Eis mit und ohne Seetang von der Insel Skar\u00f8, serviert mit s\u00fc\u00dfen Erdbeeren<\/p>\n<p>Am Sonntag hatten die Marktbesucher die Gelegenheit, sich selbst am Zubereiten von Algen zu versuchen.
