The AlgaeFood project is a three-year project with the aim of putting more regional seaweed on our plates. Through training courses, cooking events and vocational training, people young and old are taught to recognise seaweed as their daily bread.

The AlgaeFood partners are developing learning materials for schools and vocational colleges to bring algae into the classroom.
AlgaeFood is a German-Danish Interreg project with a total of 5 partners. Together we want to bring more algae into the minds and onto the plates of the programme region!
