We took this opportunity to showcase the diversity and potential of seaweed.<\/p>\n<p>A highlight of the event was the visit by Werner Schwarz, Minister for Agriculture, Rural Areas, Europe and Consumer Protection, who also showed great interest in our algae products.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the event, we also conducted video interviews to find out more about personal views and awareness of algae as a food.<\/p>\n<p>A short report from NDR Schleswig-Holstein Magazin, which was filmed at the event, gives an impression of the festival and makes the topic accessible to a wide audience.
