Seaweed in the kitchen: Demonstration in Kerteminde and Fjord&Bælt

AlgaeFood organized a demonstration of seaweed products in collaboration with Superbrugsen in Kerteminde and Fjord&Bælt. The goal was to make visitors aware of the many uses of seaweed in the kitchen and of the possibility of harvesting seaweed themselves.
