An algae cookbook was created in collaboration with four Efterskolen ("further education schools"). It was presented on 21 June 2025 at Langeland Efterskole as part of their Takepart festival.
Many excited pupils were present and the cookery book was presented to both current and future pupils of Langeland Efterskole.
