AlgaeFood Conference & Networking Day

February 26

On 26.02, we achieved one of the year's major milestones in the AlgaeFood project by bringing together stakeholders from the algae and food industries at the Kolding Library's Bæredygtighedshuset.

The day offered inspiring presentations and exciting perspectives on the potential of algae in future sustainable food systems. In workshops, participants collaborated on ideas, challenges, and opportunities along the algae value chain – including barriers to algae in the food industry, consumer acceptance, and possibilities for developing new algae-based foods.

At the same time, there were plenty of opportunities for networking, exchanging experiences, and taking the first steps towards new collaborations.
