Combined seaweed and oyster safari at the local museum Tønnisgård.

The aim was to inform the participants about the protective function of algae for the otherwise very exposed oyster beds. At the same timeparticipants learn how to combine oysters and seaweed in various dishes.n - this is still not possible in Denmark and Germany.not very common. The participants were given a wide range of ingredients and created their own oyster dishes, which were then prepared directly in the museum's pizza oven.
