Together with Lillebælt Nature Park, AlgaeFood took part in the Fredericia Streetfood Festival, where we provided information about the role of seaweed in the marine world and the possibilities for using it in the kitchen.
Visitors were also able to sample various simple seaweed delicacies. Most of them - but especially thehe young people and children - were surprised and delighted by the flavour and the performanceto be able to collect algae yourself.
