The students of the Gastronomy line at the Hansenberg vocational school had the opportunity to experiment with algae in cooking class on April 29, when a team from AlgaeFood was visiting. 🧑🏻‍🍳

On the workshop day:
✔️ We tested teaching activities on algae, developed by AlgaeFood
We discussed regenerative marine resources and how they can play a stronger role in gastronomy
✔️ We worked practically, with taste and application

Together, we explored the question of how algae can become a natural part of the cuisine of the future. 🌿
